Resource Equity Plan

Our schools are filled with strong leaders, educators and families who desire an educational experience where youth are empowered and liberated to live up to their highest potential. To dismantle the barriers that are preventing our youth to be truly educated and liberated, we must band together as a community, build power and strategically plan around their future to create a brighter tomorrow.

CARE Anacostia raises funds to provide the tools, educational resources, and opportunities for educators, administrators, families, and children to have empowering experiences in our community schools. CARE also builds the capacity of all stakeholders to utilize their First Amendment Right to speak up to ensure changes are happening at their school.
